Getting ready for CPE

Getting Ready for CPE with Thiago Veigga

The course

This course  aims at preparing teachers to take the Cambridge English: Proficiency.

Number of participants: minimum of 7 and maximum of 10.

One full mock test will be given during class time, as well as a number of practice exercises. Students also have the option of signing up for a second mock test in November outside class hours.

How is this course different?

As a CPE holder since 2006, I am aware of how much this certificate impacts on someone’s career. Taking CPE is hard and the boldest move one can make in their teaching career language-wise.  I have been working with exam preparation for many years and I am confident I  am able to help you develop linguistically and also be more aware when it comes to exam techniques. Proficiency is the ultimate language certification and it demands a lot of time and money.

Although not mandatory, participants are encouraged to make use of the online forum for networking and exchanging information, resources and anything they find relevant with their peers.

Participants will have access to a virtual learning environment where they will be able to practice the skills involved in the exam.

Participants are given  reports with feedback on their performance after mock tests.

This course is for teachers only.
